Jackie Fanara, a California girl with a New York City heart, has been working in the beauty and fashion industry for over 12 years. While receiving her Bachelors of Science in Fashion Design from Cal Poly, Pomona in 2007, Jackie began working in LA on commercial work, advertising, music videos, fashion, and film—all before receiving her licensure in 2015 from Arrojo Cosmetology in New York City. Building her client base on the east coast, she has solidified herself as an integral team member on all projects, working creatively with art directors, producers, photographers, etc. Outside of those accolades, Jackie is also working to build relationships with people “outside of the bright lights and cameras”. As she continues to grow, both personally and professionally, Jackie finds it important now, more than ever in her career, to consult and help people problem solve their beauty needs. Currently Jackie lives, plays, and works in New York City doing hair and makeup, while cultivating a dedicated clientele.
